Sister Other Paranoia Soundtrack Guide

Why music carries a “read, click, vibe” VN

Sister Other Paranoia is an old-school visual novel: full-screen text, click to advance, right-click to hide the box and sit with the art. In that design, music is the emotional metronome. A gloomy domestic scene can tip toward tenderness, irony, or dread depending on what Aiobahn +81 puts under Ohisashiburi’s images and nyalra’s prose.

NookGaming’s review counts 14 tracks in the shipping game—character-colored cues and situational ones—and calls them memorable after a short playthrough. The same review notes the dissonance: energetic, otaku-leaning electronic writing laid over madness in the text. CrazyGameCommunity makes the same point. If you only remember INTERNET OVERDOSE from NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE, recalibrate: this score is still Aiobahn, but it is serving a classic NVL, not a streamer HUD.

The official soundtrack preview is embedded mid-article (YouTube ID zTC1p2gLQkQ). The story trailer stays on Trailer Breakdown (Jmdkeni-1w0). One video per page; do not expect a second embed here.

Steam soundtrack DLC

The Steam store now lists a Sister Other Paranoia Soundtrack as downloadable content for the game. At the time this page was written the DLC row was live with a short store blurb (“This is the soundtrack for Sister Other Paranoia”) and a separate purchase entry. This wiki will not invent a track-title table or a fake price that can change overnight. Open the live DLC shelf from the Steam app page if you want the album in your library instead of only in-game.

The intro sale on the base game (20% off through August 28, 2026—see Price) is a different SKU from the soundtrack. Do not assume the OST is included in the $7.99 checkout.

What the 14 cues are doing

Reviews describe character-specific and situational tracks. That maps cleanly onto the Routes board: five motifs, four chapters each, plus prologue and ending spaces. Honest listening expectations without a leaked tracklist:

  • Pressure cues when other people’s thoughts crowd Hasuya
  • Intimate or lullaby-adjacent colors in the closed room with Sahana that can feel sweet and wrong at once
  • Sharp transitions when jealousy or cruelty breaks a soft moment
  • Space for silence—classic VNs sometimes withhold music so text can bruise harder

NookGaming also ties borders and background shapes to each scenario’s “shadow.” Audio and frame design are one costume. If you hide text often (Controls), you are meant to hear the motif as much as see the CG.

How to listen without spoiling yourself

  1. Play the official preview embedded on this page for mood, not for ending themes.
  2. Watch the story trailer on Trailer Breakdown if you still need picture with the sound.
  3. Read Story Overview so the denpa temperature has narrative context.
  4. Skim Content Warnings—beautiful music on ugly subjects hits harder.
  5. If you already own the game, let a first run assign tracks to faces before you buy the DLC for looping.

For streamers and video essayists

Steam’s policy for this title allows full playthroughs, spoilers, and monetization without prior permission—see Streaming. Still credit Aiobahn +81. Use zTC1p2gLQkQ only when you mean the soundtrack preview, and Jmdkeni-1w0 only when you mean the story trailer. Do not claim a random “OST full album” rip is official unless HazeDenki or a rights holder posts it.

What we still refuse to invent

Until an official booklet or store tracklist is stable, this wiki will not publish fake song names, durations, or “this leitmotif plays on the True ending” claims. Fourteen tracks and a Steam DLC row are enough facts. The rest is listening.

Aiobahn +81 is the credited musical voice of Sister Other Paranoia. The preview video is a real upload. The DLC is a real store row. Pair them with a first read, then decide whether you want the album on its own shelf.
